Job Requirements:
Ability to thoroughly examine and interpret architectural intent from commercial construction blueprints, specifications, and supplemental documentation.
Ability to produce detailed shop drawings of millwork using AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Communicate effectively in a team environment.
Utilize millwork expertise to provide a professional level of service for our customers

Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in design with a strong background in commercial Cabinetry and Millwork
Ability to work quickly and accurately
High level of experience interpreting commercial construction blueprints
High level of AutoCAD or SolidWorks experience:
Working knowledge of relevant engineering design standards
Outstanding organizational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Detail and deadline oriented
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Preference will be given to candidates with the following experience and/or education
Extensive and recent experience with the latest versions of ‘Microvellum CAD/CAM software’
Familiarity with CNC Programming
Management skills, particularly in supervising and coordinating work of other draftsmen
